SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 2026 · Operated by Miru Group LLC

Program description

Miru (the “Program”), operated by Miru Group LLC, sends recurring automated text-message (SMS) alerts about Pokémon Trading Card Game product restocks and releases to subscribers who have opted in. You receive an alert when a product you chose to watch changes availability.

How you opt in

SMS alerts are strictly opt-in. You provide your mobile number in your Miru account and confirm it: Miru sends a one-time verification code to that number, and you enter the code to activate SMS alerts. By confirming the code you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional restock-alert messages from Miru at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

The first message you receive is the verification message, for example:

Miru: your restock alert verification code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop.

A later restock alert looks like, for example:

Miru TGT restock $59.99 https://www.target.com/p/-/A-95267143

Message frequency

Message frequency is recurring and varies. How many messages you receive depends on how many products you subscribe to and how often those products change availability, so the number of messages per period is not fixed.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Miru does not charge for the text messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply according to your plan.

How to stop (opt out)

You can cancel SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message from Miru. After you send STOP, Miru will send one final confirmation message and then send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by removing the number from your Miru account. The keywords STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, and REMOVE are all honored.
